PRICES
All prices are subject to GST and are correct at the time of printing. Nutra Skyn Care reserves the right to alter prices without prior notification.

PAYMENT
Payment is due to Nutra Skyn Care in full prior to dispatch of goods. The goods will remain the property of Nutra Skyn Care until paid for in full by The Buyer.

CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation after any order has been dispatched is not acceptable.
If there is an error regarding product or price Nutra Skyn Care has the right to cancel the order up until the goods have been delivered.

DELIVERY
The Delivery of Goods will only be made to the address specified by The Buyer. Nutra Skyn Care does not offer the service of delivering goods to a neighbour or leaving goods in another safe place, If The Buyer as such requests this from the postal/courier service it is at The Buyers own risk. It is The Buyers responsibility to supply a correct delivery address at the time of placing any order. Nutra Skyn Care will accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

CLAIMS
Nutra Skyn Care will not accept any responsibility for missing or damaged goods unless Nutra Skyn Care is advised within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, thereby Nutra Skyn Care is not liable to pay compensation on this basis.

SCHEMES & SPECIAL OFFERS
Nutra Skyn Care reserves the right to change/extend/curtail the validity period of schemes and special offers. Nutra Skyn Care may modify /withdraw the scheme without notice. Nutra Skyn Care may deny the scheme to customers in doubtful cases.

GENERAL
All Goods supplied by Nutra Skyn Care to The Buyer are subject to availability. Nutra Skyn Care takes all care to ensure that all specifications and descriptions are accurate at the time of printing; however, goods may have slight variations.
